Position: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)
Location: Delhi
Experience: 6 months – 3 Years (MBA/BBA freshers can also apply)
Employment Type: Full-time / Commission-based / Part-time (as per company policy)

Must be: 2-wheeler (you will get TA)

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and energetic Direct Sales Agents (DSA) to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our financial products/services directly to customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Promote and sell company products/services (loans, credit cards, insurance, banking products, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility to customers.
• Assist customers in completing application forms and required documentation.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
