Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diploma Engineering Trainee, located in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. The trainee will be responsible for assisting in manufacturing and mechanical engineering processes, supporting project management tasks, analyzing data to identify improvements, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflows. Daily tasks will include technical analysis, problem-solving, and ensuring efficient execution of engineering projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills to effectively collaborate and solve complex problems
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering to execute technical processes and operations
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles to support planning, organizing, and project execution
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and a willingness to learn and grow on the job
• Relevant educational background in Engineering (Mechanical or related fields) is preferred
