About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital/Performance Marketing Analyst to own the data side of our marketing efforts. This role is central to measuring, analyzing, and optimizing performance across all paid channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and passionate about using metrics to improve ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Measure and report on CAC, ARPU, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel performance.
• Build dashboards and automated reports to monitor real-time performance.
• Identify patterns, insights, and opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve returns.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to the performance marketing team.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM integrations.
• Support forecasting, budget allocation, and ROI projections.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing.
• Strong skills in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performance dashboards.
• Deep understanding of CAC, ARPU, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and how they impact growth.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and reports.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about data-driven marketing.
