Key Responsibilities

1. Product and Solution Design

• Drive the full product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, design, launch, and post-implementation support.
• Develop customized solutions leveraging API-driven architectures, multi-channel integrations, and third-party vendor platforms.
• Translate high-level business needs into product flows, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Define role-based access, user journeys, and workflows aligned with product best practices.

2. Technical Leadership and Integration

• Act as the technical bridge between KPMG, vendors, clients, and internal engineering teams.
• Evaluate partner solutions for scalability, feasibility, and business alignment.
• Lead technical reviews, ensuring API documentation, data flows, and configuration standards are robust.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles for scalability, performance, and security.

3. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

• Work closely with business owners, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Deliver project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct product demos, technical training, and documentation sessions for clients and teams.

4. Process and Delivery Excellence

• Promote agile practices including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Drive standardization and best practices across the solution portfolio.
• Plan resources, set goals, and track execution against objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6–8 years in technical product implementation, solution design, or systems integration.
• Proven experience in delivering complex platform solutions with multi-role workflows and layered data models.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) and backend technologies (Python, Java, .NET).
• Strong expertise in API-driven architectures, AI-based platforms, and system integration.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), APIs, and AI agents is preferred.
• Exposure to education sector projects or large-scale enterprise platforms is an advantage.

Education Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
