Digital Transformation Lead – Coupa & SAP S/4HANA

Role Overview

Join our Digital Core Transformation team to lead the design and implementation of Coupa and integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions supporting global Procurement processes. You'll work in a cross-cultural environment with teams and leaders across geographies, driving digital solutions that enhance business efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Solution Design & Delivery for Coupa and SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation.

Collaborate across systems (SAP and non-SAP) to implement intelligent automation in Source-to-Pay processes.

Configure and implement global Coupa features including:

Approval workflows

Chart of accounts

PO forms

Catalog and supplier setup

Security roles & permissions

Manage Coupa data loads and configurations in Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Invoicing, and Master Data (Supplier, Material, Accounting).

Oversee Coupa-SAP integration for both transactional and master data.

Gather and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and WRICEF objects.

Support testing phases: develop test cases, validate outputs, and assist with UAT.

Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and vendors to deliver robust IT solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven expertise in Coupa configuration and implementation across global procurement processes.

Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay, including:

Smart Contract Management

Spend Analytics

Guided Buying

Collaborative Supply Chain

Direct & Indirect Materials Management

Experience with data integration and mapping between Coupa and legacy SAP systems.

Familiarity with WRICEF development processes.

Strong documentation and project support skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally in global setups.
