Neem Consulting is recruiting a Digital Technologist/Project Manager with experience in digital IT delivery and marketing technology platforms. The role will be embedded in a digital acceleration programme aimed at enhancing consumer engagement and brand experience through innovative digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging IT, marketing, and global platform teams, ensuring brand strategies are enabled by robust, scalable, and compliant digital technologies.
Lead the planning and delivery of digital projects across internal and third-party teams
Guide brand and marketing teams in leveraging technology to achieve consumer engagement goals
Audit, scope, and deliver pilot and scaled digital initiatives across global markets
Maintain a consumer-first approach, using digital tools to create meaningful, data-driven experiences
Identify capability gaps and engage appropriate vendors or technology partners
Stay informed on emerging technologies and their potential application
Act as internal IT consultant to brand stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions
Drive compliance with standards, GDPR, and approved technology frameworks
Support stakeholder engagement across CMI, Media, eCommerce, and Digital teams
Demonstrated experience managing digital projects in complex global environments
Strong understanding of FMCG marketing and technology ecosystems
Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Audience Manager)
Working knowledge of GDPR regulations and compliance
Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
Ability to deliver presentations and research findings effectively
Experience managing multiple projects and third-party vendors
Solid grasp of usability, accessibility, and maintainability standards for digital platforms
Effective communicator and influencer, able to liaise with cross-functional teams
Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills
Exposure to data-driven marketing technologies and metrics
Previous experience advising brands on digital tools and best practices
Ability to lead IT conversations with non-technical business teams
Experience within the FMCG or consumer brand space is advantageous
The candidate should naturally build customer relationships and lead them through the processes necessary to deliver robust solutions. We are looking for a customer-focused individual willing to roll up their sleeves and 'get the job done. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.
