Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead two critical workstreams Hardware Deployment and System Integration across multiple markets. This role requires strong coordination, technical understanding, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Workstream

Oversee the delivery and deployment of hardware components across markets.

Ensure timely installation, configuration, and functionality of all units.

Coordinate with regional teams to meet rollout targets and deployment schedules.

Track non-operational units, investigate root causes, and drive resolution with responsible stakeholders.

Monitor hardware performance metrics and ensure operational readiness across all locations.

Integration Workstream

Manage end-to-end integration of vendor systems with internal platforms.

Ensure accurate data collection and transmission through middleware for order generation.

Lead cross-functional issue resolution to maintain system reliability and data flow.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with market teams, validate test scenarios, and secure sign-off before production deployment.

Align technical teams, vendors, and market stakeholders to ensure successful go-live and post-launch stability.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in project management, preferably in hardware deployment and system integration.

Strong understanding of middleware, data flow, and enterprise systems.

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues.

Experience with UAT planning, execution, and sign-off processes.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Naturally build customer relationships and lead them through the processes necessary to deliver robust solutions. We are looking for a customer-focused individual willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.
