Digital Technical Lead / Stack Developer Lead / Development Lead

As a Digital Technical Lead, your role involves leading web development projects to deliver responsive, SEO-optimized websites and digital solutions. With 7-10 years of web development experience and at least 2 years of experience leading development teams, you will be responsible for managing both in-house and outsourced development resources. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-stack development encompassing frontend, backend, databases, and APIs. - Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to development processes and standards. - Manage code reviews, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Ensure project timelines, security, scalability, and performance standards are met. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Additional Details: The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical skills in full-stack development using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Vue.js, Angular (for frontend); Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python, or Java (for backend); MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (for databases); and RESTful, GraphQL (for APIs).
