Job Description

About the Role:

Digital Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and digital systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Evaluate and recommend digital tools, platforms, and integrations that align with business goals.
Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or system enhancements.
Maintain and optimize existing enterprise applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with user needs.
Assist in managing data flows, integrations, and APIs between platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, marketing tools).
Create clear documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
Monitor system performance and usage, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Act as a liaison between IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders during system implementation or troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of API integrations and data flow between systems.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems).
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in digital systems.
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives or change management processes.
