Job Title: Digital Ads Strategist
Location: T-Hub, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role
Lux Hospitals is looking for a Digital Ads Strategist who can design and execute high-performing ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads. The ideal candidate should be both analytical and creative—capable of crafting engaging ad strategies while monitoring performance to achieve maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube/video ads.
• Develop creative ad strategies, concepts, and content ideas in collaboration with the design team.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and retargeting for better performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and present actionable insights.
• Coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, ad policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital advertising & performance marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong creative sense for ad copy, visuals, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of campaign tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
