Description
You will be a crucial member of the Digital Solutions Management Team at Kuehne+Nagel as a Digital Solutions Project Manager. Your role will involve managing major initiatives, including their development, roll out, and stabilization phases. Additionally, you will lead consulting activities for a portfolio of Global Accounts, promoting the adoption of Digital Solutions to support new business wins and enhance customer retention. Your expertise in project management and digital solutions will be key in driving successful outcomes and fostering strong client relationships. **Role Overview:** - Project Management responsibilities including Project Planning, Team Management, Risk Management, Communication, Quality Assurance, Problem Solving, Documentation, Stakeholder Management, and Project Closure and support - Run Consulting Projects in line with Digital Solutions methodologies, and provide Digital Solutions support to projects of the Supply Chain Design Team - Identify and implement efficiencies within Digital Solutions to ensure ease of doing business for customers and internal stakeholders - Execute Global Digital Solutions policies and strategies for areas within the projects" scope - Contribute to Digital Solutions business plan, strategy, and policies - Act as a subject matter expert during various stages of the sales cycle - Execute handover from Consult to Implement in line with processes agreed between Sales and Business Units - Identify customers for upselling technology to improve customer loyalty and drive internal efficiencies - Continuously obtain customer feedback on Kuehne+Nagel digital technology and latest technological advancements **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Management, or equivalent working experience in a similar role - PMP, ITIL, Agile, or other project management certification preferred - 3+ years experience in solution consulting, preferably in the supply chain industry - 3+ years experience in project management, preferably related to digital solutions - Advanced knowledge of and experience in MS365 and Google Docs - Experience managing projects and cross-functional collaboration in a global matrix environment **Additional Information:** This opportunity can be located in any major Kuehne+Nagel office globally, not limited to specific locations mentioned in the opening.
