Job Title: Sr. Systems Administrator / Manager Location: Hyderabad (Travel to all offices is expected as needed) Experience: At least 5 years We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Systems Administrator / Manager to join our design and engineering services company as the head of IT for our location in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing IT systems in a primarily Windows-based environment and possess expertise in Google Workspace and MS 365. The candidate should also be proficient in networking, including troubleshooting switches, firewalls, connectivity from endpoints, VLANs, and other related areas. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Windows desktop environment across multiple locations. Manage and optimize Google Workspace and MS 365 applications to support business operations effectively. Oversee network infrastructure, including troubleshooting switches, firewalls, and connectivity issues. Implement and manage VLANs to ensure efficient and secure network operations. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and security. Collaborate with the IT team to provide technical support and resolve IT issues promptly. Monitor system performance and security to identify and address vulnerabilities. Plan and execute IT projects to enhance system functionality and efficiency. Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to meet business requirements and improve IT operations. Conduct regular IT audits to assess system performance, security, and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in administering a Windows desktop environment. Expertise in Google Workspace and MS 365 administration. Proficiency in networking technologies and troubleshooting switches, firewalls, and connectivity. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+) preferred.
