Digital Solutions Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy robust digital applications and microservices.
• Work across the full stack – from intuitive front-end interfaces to secure back-end APIs and databases.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, ensuring platform security, scalability, and performance.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Stay updated with technologies like cloud computing, AI, analytics, and cybersecurity - and apply them where relevant.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Strong grasp of programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++).
• Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Understanding of networking basics, cybersecurity, and database systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML or analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and logical thinking.
