We are looking to hire a young but talented and committed community manager who also is a wildlife and travel enthusiast. We are an early stage startup located in North Bangalore. 1. Content creation Handling UGC including moderation, writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, & material for social media channels. 2. Social media marketing creating, managing & growing the companys presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties 3. Events and event planning attending industry events in the city (often outside of 9-5 hours) & planning meet-ups for the community 4. Customer relations & feedback answering questions that come via social media & managing any online feedback forums. Aggregating and sharing feedback with the product and engineering teams. 5. Analytics Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, & continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
