What is the gig about
Paid user acquisition is the corner stone of mobile game development. SO much so that most games are first tested for distribution before even embarking on building the game. Your role is to execute various kinds of mobile campaigns - BAU, performance, marketing tests, creative tests, across geographies and multiple platforms like google ads, facebook, networks like unity, applovin, ironsource etc. to name a few. We have a fast-paced, collaborative, data led environment where you will have a chance to work both independently and with other team members in the creation and implementation of mobile games.

Must have

1. Highly Curious and self driven with a passion for marketing and research. Passionate about learning everything that comes with the territory

2. Strong work ethic that pushes beyond expectations demonstrating the
hunger expected in early career 3. Comfortable with chaos that comes with early stage high growth companies 4. Loves taking on responsibility 5. Comfortable with numbers, data and analysis. Preferred Maths/Engineering background. Bonus 6. Experience of working on Facebook/Google Ads/Networks. Experience on multiple channels is good, so is deep expertise in one. Certifications are an added bonus. 7. Experience of doing performance marketing for mobile apps is a big bonus. 8. Overall 1-2 years of performance marketing experience where you had setup and were running campaigns. Any kind of corporate exposure is a bonus but not a must have if you can ace our Must haves. 9. Our target segment is western market so preferably has done marketing for that market 10. Loves playing games - this will involve researching games and competitor ads and marketing strategies
