In implementing Systrack and similarUser experience & Automation platforms (Nexthink, Atternity) Plan, Design & implement Systrack platform for Automation use cases and User experience monitoring Rollout Systrack on user devices and be able to monitor the device performance and explain the dashboards, User experience measurements to customer on a regular basis Integrate ITSM platform with Systrack Work with Customer s team to ensure prerequisites access are available before the implementation Work with Security teams to solve all the clarifications of the Systrack platform for getting approval on the implementation of the platform Analyze and understand customer s environment for scope of automation Analyze new use cases and Implement new automation in Systrack Should be an expert in PowerShell Review and edit requirements, specifications, and processes related to the monitoring of devices Translate large & complex data into effective automation requirements Create new dashboards in Systrack and modify the parameters About Job: We are hiring a talented Systrack Deployment professional to join our team.
