Digital Sales Manager

As a Sales Representative at our organization, you will engage with key decision makers at schools to establish strong relationships and communicate clear value propositions. Your responsibilities will include conducting scheduled product presentations for stakeholders to showcase Scholastic's digital solutions, coordinating and executing product trial sessions within schools, and organizing and leading webinars for parents to promote student subscriptions for digital products. You will drive student subscription sales through consultative and strategic engagement, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate product testing, installations, and smooth onboarding. Additionally, you will plan and organize teacher training programs and ensure the proper implementation of digital products while supporting ongoing customer engagement and providing exceptional post-sales service. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Knowledge or experience in School Sales will be an advantage.
