What we are looking for Role: Digital : Robotic Process Automation - UI Path RPA Support Experience Range: 5 - 10 years Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune Interview Mode: Friday Virtual Drive Must Have: Experience in RPA tools (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/ Blue Prism) Proficient in RPA Code Updates, RPA Testing, Deployment, Bot Scheduling and Monitoring Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Release Management Strong Troubleshooting Skills. Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders Good to Have: UiPath Certification related to ‘Automate’ / ‘Operate’ Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies Basic data manipulation skills (SQL) VB Script, Python and other Scripting languages will be added advantage Essential: Work with Customer Business SMEs to understand the priorities of the bots. Deep analysis ofreported issue and determining whether it falls in Incident category or Service Request category. Providing inputs to Service Delivery Manager for carrying out estimate of the Incident or Service Request. Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing RPA applications and systems Creation of Change Request for code promotion to Production environment. Analysing the bots for performance related issues due to increased volume. Monitor the performance of RPA systems and ensure their stability and functionality Facilitate in documenting the design, operation, and troubleshooting of RPA applications and systems Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the RPA solutions are well-integrated into the business processes Provide continuous advice and best practices to improve and optimize the RPA strategy Minimum Qualification: •15 years of full-time education •Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable) Show more Show less
