About the role:

Join our dynamic team as a Digital Project Manager, where youll be integral to delivering website, email and push content across multiple languages for our largest fashion client, based in Bangalore, india

As Digital Project Manager, you ll be accountable for content delivery and quality checks. You ll be responsible for managing and briefing a team of web content managers to fulfill the client s objectives set out in the commercial plans. You ll provide status reports to your Regional Digital Manager daily, so excellent communication and attention to detail are required in order to deliver to the highest standards.

This role is right for you if you ll be the kind of person who is driven by managing large volume campaigns curating timelines and motivating your team ensure high quality delivered with maximum efficiency. You ll be confident with clients and can think on your feet. You relish in adding value throughout the end-to-end process, adding your unique touch at every turn.

Ideally, you ll have experience in large-scale accounts in FMCG industries, such as Beauty or Fashion and experience across multiple channels.

You ll already be a Project Manager, looking for bigger challenges on a larger account where you can hone your existing skills on optimising processes and workflows in a fast pace environment, as well as cultivating new ones.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for managing digital projects across the AEM workstream; from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Effectively managing the team to successfully deliver email marketing and website content deliverables.
  • Follow and implement best practice production processes established within OLIVER, fostering collaboration with the Regional Digital Project Manager on-site to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Efficient planning and scheduling of projects are essential to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Regular communication of project status, both internally and externally, in accordance with agreed-upon account processes.
  • Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
  • Fostering a collaborative and motivational environment to ensure team members remain focused on delivering high-quality work and feel supported is essential.
  • Ensure administration tasks are maintained to the same high standard as the rest of your work.
  • Ensuring accurate timekeeping and project status updates for both oneself and the team within MPC to facilitate data reporting for the client & Account Lead.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Attention to detail
  • 3+ years experience managing digital projects from initial briefing to delivery.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in Site Content Publishing and Creation is a plus
  • Good understanding of CMS and Emailers.
  • Handson experience working on PM tools like JIRA, Terllo, etc
  • Good understanding of project finances - estimating, timings, costs and invoicing.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
