Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (enterprise architects, delivery teams, business requesters), evaluate digital demands, and manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.Youll specifically take care of demand management, technical leadership, and digital project delivery, but also foster innovation and process improvement initiatives.Well look to you for:

Serving as the primary liaison for digital demands within assigned business domains

Evaluating, prioritizing, and managing digital initiatives based on business impact and feasibility

Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and IT landscape simplification

Defining and driving the delivery of digital projects across multiple programs

Collaborating with domain and platform architects to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions

Mentoring project teams in adopting innovative digital practices and technologies

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

5+ years of experience in IT consulting or digital transformation project management

Strong understanding of digital platforms such as Automation, Analytics, DevOps, and AI

Expertise in business analysis, solution design, and building business cases

Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and IT governance

Experience working in a matrixed or global organization

Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
