You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with innovative digital solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and driving impactful outcomes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (enterprise architects, delivery teams, business requesters), evaluate digital demands, and manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence. You’ll specifically take care of demand management, technical leadership, and digital project delivery, but also foster innovation and process improvement initiatives. We’ll look to you for: Serving as the primary liaison for digital demands within assigned business domains Evaluating, prioritizing, and managing digital initiatives based on business impact and feasibility Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and IT landscape simplification Defining and driving the delivery of digital projects across multiple programs Collaborating with domain and platform architects to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions Mentoring project teams in adopting innovative digital practices and technologies All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
