Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for project updates between clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate tasks across design, content, SEO, social media, and web development teams.
• Develop and maintain

  project timelines, task trackers, and status reports

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and follow up on progress.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and escalate issues before they impact delivery.
• Support documentation, reporting, and overall project governance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a

  digital marketing or creative agency

  .
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing experience a plus).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, PPC, content, web design).
