Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Conduct classroom and online training sessions.
Ensure learners complete self-paced modules.
Use AI and digital tools to enhance training.
Maintain engaging and interactive sessions.

Student Engagement & Monitoring

Follow up with learners for continuity and support.
Track attendance, progress, and batch performance.
Maintain documentation as per QMS standards.

Centre & Outreach Support

Support mobilization through alumni and employer outreach.
Be willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

MS Office, Google Workspace
AI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot
Advanced Excel, Google Sheets
Basic dashboards (Power BI/Looker Studio)
Documentation & collaboration tools: Google Docs, Drive, Miro, task management tools

Soft Skills

Communication & email etiquette
Presentation & data storytelling
Critical thinking & problem solving
Career readiness training

Essential

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year training experience (technical/soft skills)
Strong communication and English fluency
Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & AI tools
Comfortable with hybrid/online training
Passion for community development
Willing to travel and work weekends

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in NGO/CSR skilling project
Knowledge of reporting & visualization tools
Understanding of youth skilling/livelihood programs
