Job Description

Mps is hiring for Digital Production Manager for Chennai Location (work from office)

Roles and Responsibilities':

10+ years of experience in e-publishing digital deliverables
Experience in e-Publishing, Digital services, Web development, Accessibility, Process improvement, Client account management, and People management.
Should have experience in managing large teams and experience in Digital workflow and processes
Experience in interacting with customers, managing expectations, measuring project success factors
Builds a good business relationship with customers and have proven records of getting new business through referral
Identifies and proactively resolves issues/conflicts within the project teams and customers
Review and ensure that the SLA are met on all the projects
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including solution architects, software engineers, developers, testers, technical leads, and deployment leads to ensure timely delivery of projects
Participate on business leadership meetings, helping to develop and drive strategies and programs which improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization
Leading the accessibility standard implementation in a variety of products ranging from accessible PDF to accessible eBooks
Drafting response for RFPs/RFIs

Technical Skills

XML, eBooks, HTML5, CSS3, Accessibility and other digitization technologies
Interactive eBooks conversion, QTI Conversion and Creation of Learning Objects
Analyzing customer specifications and standards
Solutions for content transformation
Project and process automations
Good knowledge in Section 508 and WCAG Accessibility guidelines
