Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager for a large-scale consumer mobile app platform in the healthcare/diagnostics space, you will have the opportunity to lead the roadmap and evolution of the app to directly impact millions of lives. Your role will involve defining and owning the mobile app roadmap, managing the full product lifecycle, driving data-driven improvements, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and benchmarking against top consumer apps to integrate best practices into healthcare. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the mobile app roadmap aligned with patient experience & business growth - Manage the full product lifecycle including ideation, development, launch & iteration - Drive data-driven improvements in metrics such as MAU/DAU, retention, conversion, NPS, and revenue contribution - Collaborate with design & engineering teams to ensure seamless user journeys - Benchmark against top consumer apps to integrate best practices into healthcare Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in mobile app product management - Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, wireframing & mockup tools - Experience in scaling consumer products from the ground up - Knowledge of mobile UX/UI best practices and healthcare/digital health trends - Strong cross-functional collaboration & communication skills If you are excited about building impactful mobile products in healthcare, we look forward to connecting with you.
