Job Description Digital Performance & Growth Marketer (Retail Broking) Role Summary: We are looking for a result-oriented digital marketing professional to lead performance and growth marketing initiatives for our Retail Broking division. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of paid campaigns, marketing automation, content collaborations, and growth-focused strategies across digital platforms. The role demands close coordination with digital sales teams to drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead performance marketing across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to generate leads and improve account opening conversions. Work closely with the Digital Sales team to optimize the lead funnel, align campaigns with business targets, and ensure sales follow-through. Plan and execute WhatsApp Marketing and Drip Marketing strategies using tools like WebEngage. Initiate collaborations with finance influencers and finfluencers to build brand credibility and drive traffic. Leverage marketing automation platforms (WebEngage, CleverTap) to manage customer journeys, retargeting, and behavioural segmentation. Track, analyse, and improve campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and conversion tracking tools. Conduct competitive benchmarking of top brokers and new-age fintech players to identify trends and maintain parity in digital initiatives. Manage on-page SEO, ASO, and keyword optimization strategies to support organic growth. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing, automation, and BFSI exposure. Demonstrated experience in lead generation through paid media and managing sales- aligned digital funnels. Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc. Understanding of stock broking and investment services preferred. Ability to research and benchmark against industry leaders and adapt strategies quickly. Excellent communication, project management, and coordination skills.
