Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of digital marketers (SEO, content, design, social media, paid ads, etc.)
• Develop, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing)
• Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Oversee content strategy — ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and copywriters for campaigns and creative assets
• Manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Research industry trends and identify growth opportunities
• Build monthly performance reports and present insights to management
• Mentor and upskill junior team members

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in

  digital marketing (minimum 3–6 years)

• Hands-on knowledge of

  SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and analytics

• Strong understanding of

  marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization

• Experience in

  team management

  (minimum 5 members)
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Canva

  (or similar tools)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
• Experience with SaaS, B2B, or agency environments
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and automation workflows
