Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital trends and be passionate about the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze ad performance data and continuously optimize for better ROI (lead generation, conversions, etc.).
• Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies in collaboration with the design and content team.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, and ROAS to track performance and report regularly.
• Work with SEO and content teams to align organic and paid strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and cryptocurrency.
• Manage marketing budget efficiently to maximize performance.
• A/B test different ad variations to improve results.
• Retarget and nurture leads through email campaigns and funnel strategies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing performance-driven campaigns with measurable success.
• Understanding of the crypto or fintech space is a strong plus.
• Proficient in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
