Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Officer to join our team as a Virtual Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in the BPO/Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain client relationships through digital channels.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and sales principles is necessary.
Experience with CRM software and other digital tools is preferred.
