Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Paid Media Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for the execution and management of digital marketing campaigns. This role will support the smooth operation of paid search, programmatic advertising, paid social and third-party media campaigns across the global building automation business, ensuring marketing activity and assets are properly trafficked, tracked, documented, reported, budgeted, invoiced and ultimately paid accurately and timely.

This position is ideal for someone who has a strong aptitude and experience with vendor coordination, budget and data management, and digital campaign support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support campaign setup and tracking by organizing briefs, updating campaign calendars, and logging relevant documentation.
  • Manage purchase order and invoice processing for media spend in coordination with finance and procurement.
  • Coordinate campaign reporting by collecting metrics from internal dashboards and external agencies and maintaining performance logs.
  • Maintain internal records of campaign assets, live media placements, and post-campaign performance data.
  • Assist with quality assurance checks for tracking links, campaign tags, and platform configurations.
  • Support global marketing and agency teams with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Time-sensitive process adherence to end-of-month media administration for validation of paid media delivery against plan each month

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing support, project coordination, or administrative roles, including supporting budget and payments to vendors.
  • Familiarity with paid media and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with marketing technology tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a global, fast-paced marketing environment.
