Digital Media cum Academic Counsellor (Ladies preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Media cum Academic Counsellor who will build, manage, and optimize the front-end digital media ecosystem for our institution while also converting enquiries into enrollments through structured academic counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Digital Media

• Design and manage the end-to-end front-end digital presence across:
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
• Website enquiry journeys & landing page flow
• Google Forms, lead capture tools, and enquiry channels
• Plan and execute:
• Content calendars
• Campaign themes
• Student success stories, testimonials, and announcements
• Coordinate with company for creatives and campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency, messaging clarity, and call-to-action effectiveness
• Monitor lead quality, engagement trends, and response effectiveness

Lead Management & Conversion

• Handle and nurture leads generated from digital platforms
• Respond, qualify, and follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain CRM / lead tracker hygiene
• Improve conversion ratios through better messaging and follow-up strategy

Academic Counselling

• Counsel students and parents on:
• Course options
• Career pathways
• Skill outcomes & placement support
• Manage walk-ins, digital enquiries, and referral leads
• Support enrolment closures and documentation
• Achieve monthly enrolment and engagement targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in education, skilling, training institutes, or EdTech
• Strong understanding of digital media journeys from awareness to conversion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think like a marketer + counsellor, not just an executor
• Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
