Digital Media Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer & Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns while building strong influencer collaborations. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand values and target audience
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations
• Track influencer performance, ROI, reach, and engagement metrics

Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing
• Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and brand communication
• Optimize campaigns based on analytics and performance data
• Coordinate with design, content, and SEO teams for integrated marketing efforts

Content & Brand Building

• Collaborate on content creation including reels, posts, blogs, videos, and ads
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital channels
• Stay updated with digital trends, algorithms, and influencer best practices
