Job Title: Digital Media Manager - Paid Media Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Location: Borivali, Mumbai We are looking to hire a talented Digital Media Manager - Paid Media with 3 to 5 years of full-time relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical knowledge base to manage and deliver the best paid digital media campaigns to our clients. This role involves assisting with the planning, reviewing, and optimization of Paid Search and Social campaigns, while supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts. Profile Summary This role offers extensive exposure to Google Ads and Social Media advertising across platforms like META, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter. It involves daily client communication to understand their requirements, take necessary actions on platforms, and deliver campaigns promptly. You will have the opportunity to work with top brands in industries such as Automotive, Banking, Hospitality, Real Estate, Fashion, and Electronics for the GCC markets (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE). Responsibilities: Execute day-to-day paid search and paid social campaigns. Review and manage client data proactively to ensure optimal campaign performance. Track and report on campaign results, analyze data, and participate in weekly calls. Generate campaign reports, handle pacing, QA, and trafficking. Provide initial insights on campaign trends to executives and planners. Qualifications & Requirements: Must be a logical thinker, solution-oriented, and data-driven with strong analytical skills. Excellent communicator, both verbal and written. Experienced in successfully running performance/KPI-based campaigns (CPL, CPA, CPI). Able to work independently, demonstrating self-starter qualities, and capable of researching performance issues and formulating tangible solutions. Good understanding of various digital marketing functions such as paid advertising and social media marketing. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Forecasting, and Chart Building.
