Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead MRK GOLD’s online marketing efforts and support customer engagement across all digital and physical touchpoints. This role primarily focuses on executing comprehensive digital strategies while also handling customer interactions with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)Develop and implement the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all online platforms. Plan and manage WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns to promote new collections, festive greetings, and offers. Manage MRK GOLD’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to drive brand engagement and build a loyal community. Collaborate with content partner The Otherside to plan, review, and publish quality content. Ensure content delivery across all digital and internal touchpoints is timely and effective. Maintain and update the company’s website in coordination with the web agency, ensuring it is mobile-optimized and user-friendly. Drive SEO/SMO initiatives to improve online visibility and organic traffic. Monitor and respond to online reviews and queries to uphold the company’s digital reputation. Use CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and personalized engagement. Create and analyze campaign reports, dashboards, and digital insights to support strategic decisions. Manage customer and vendor data securely in digital systems. Customer Support (Secondary Focus)Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in person in a timely and empathetic manner. Coordinate customer appointments and showroom visits to ensure a smooth experience. Record and analyze customer feedback for service improvements. Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Maintain a courteous, solution-oriented communication style across all customer interactions. Candidate RequirementsExperience: 2–4 years in digital marketing; experience in customer support will be an added advantage. Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Ability to speak South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong command over digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics. Familiarity with CRM systems, email/SMS marketing platforms, and basic graphic tools. Proficiency in MS Office and data handling tools.
