Digital Marketing Trainer

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct engaging and practical sessions on digital marketing fundamentals and advanced topics.
• Teach tools and techniques for:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Google Ads
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Email Marketing
• Content Marketing
• Web Analytics (Google Analytics, GA4)
• Affiliate Marketing and Influencer Marketing

2. Curriculum Design & Development

• Develop and regularly update training materials, slides, case studies, and hands-on assignments.
• Align course content with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates.

3. Hands-on Learning & Projects

• Guide students in executing live campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Help learners work on real-time projects, build landing pages, and analyze performance metrics.
• Teach usage of tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress.

4. Student Mentoring & Support

• Provide one-on-one doubt-solving sessions and feedback on assignments.
• Support students in building digital marketing portfolios and managing mock or live campaigns.
• Guide learners in preparing for certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.).

5. Assessment & Reporting

• Conduct quizzes, practical tests, and capstone project evaluations.
• Monitor student attendance, engagement, and performance.
• Share progress reports with academic coordinators or institute management.

6. Industry Awareness & Upskilling

• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising platforms.
• Share real-world examples, campaign case studies, and platform algorithm changes.
• Participate in internal training, curriculum reviews, or demo days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
