Job Description

Digital Campus is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our growing training institute. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to train students with real-world industry insights.

As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring students, and helping them build job-ready digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions on Digital Marketing
• Train students on core modules including:
• SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
• Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Google Ads & Meta Ads (Basics to Advanced)
• Content Marketing & Branding
• Email Marketing & Lead Generation
• Website basics (WordPress overview)
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Provide hands-on practical training with live tools and campaigns
• Guide students with assignments, projects, and case studies
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
• Support students with interview preparation and career guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing (Agency or Industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media & Performance Marketing
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners
• Experience in teaching or training is a plus
• Certification in Digital Marketing will be an advantage
