Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Mentor to guide and inspire aspiring marketers. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions. You will be responsible for mentoring students, delivering lessons, and helping them apply digital marketing strategies effectively in real-world contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Mentorship: Conduct interactive training sessions (online/offline) on core digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Curriculum Support: Assist in designing and updating course materials, assignments, and case studies to ensure practical and industry-relevant learning.
• Practical Guidance: Mentor students in implementing live digital marketing campaigns and projects, offering feedback and best practice recommendations.
• Online Teaching: Use online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS systems, etc.) to deliver engaging and effective virtual sessions.
• Student Support & Assessment: Provide one-on-one guidance, clarify doubts, review assignments, and evaluate student progress.
• Industry Updates: Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to keep the training up to date.
• Career Support: Guide students on building resumes, optimizing LinkedIn/GitHub profiles, and preparing for interviews in the digital marketing field.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with practical expertise in areas such as SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (essential) and English (preferred).
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
• Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others learn.
• Adaptability to deliver training in both online and offline formats.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior teaching, training, or mentorship experience.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, e-commerce strategies, and influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards and campaign performance measurement.
