Digital Marketing Trainer

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer who loves teaching as much as they love marketing. If you have 1–3 years of real training experience and the ability to break down complex marketing tactics into simple, practical lessons, this role is for you. You’ll guide aspiring marketers through everything from SEO basics to advanced performance campaigns, helping them gain the confidence and skills to thrive in the industry.

What You’ll Do

Lead Engaging Sessions: Deliver lively, well-structured classroom and online training across the full spectrum of digital marketing—SEO, SEM/Google Ads, social media strategy, content and email marketing, analytics, and performance marketing.

• Create & Refresh Content: Build and update training materials, case studies, and projects so students learn with the latest trends and tools.

• Hands-On Mentorship: Offer practical guidance through live projects and real-world exercises so learners can apply concepts immediately.

• Track & Support Growth: Monitor learner progress, give constructive feedback, and help each participant reach their goals.

• Collaborate & Improve: Work with internal teams to keep the program fresh, relevant, and impactful.

• Stay Ahead: Keep your own skills sharp by staying current with emerging platforms, analytics tools, and industry certifications.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven success as a digital marketing trainer or mentor.

• Knowledge Depth: Solid expertise in SEO, SEM (Google & Bing), social media marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), performance marketing, email campaigns, content strategy, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.

• Credentials: Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.

• Teaching Flair: Clear communicator with the ability to simplify technical topics and keep sessions interactive and engaging.

• Mindset: Patient, approachable, and genuinely excited about helping others learn.
