Digital Marketing Trainer

You will be responsible for training the internal sales and marketing teams on the latest digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques tailored for the real estate sector. Your role will involve designing and delivering training sessions on various aspects such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Campaigns, and Real Estate Lead Generation. You should have hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns and be able to bridge the gap between theory and practical implementation. Your key responsibilities will include providing hands-on training in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads, Canva, and CRM software relevant to real estate. Additionally, you will be required to develop customized learning materials and modules specific to the real estate industry and train teams on using digital platforms effectively to generate and nurture leads. To excel in this role, you must stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market insights. You will also be responsible for evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics and supporting the marketing team in campaign planning and review sessions. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is highly desirable. You should possess a strong knowledge of performance marketing tools and lead generation strategies, along with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and the local language (if applicable) is required. While not mandatory, certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot would be preferred.,
