Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Team Leader, you will strategize, oversee, and optimize the company's digital channels. You'll lead a team of marketers—covering SEO, PPC, social media, email, content—aligning initiatives with business goals to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive digital strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing to support growth targets.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of digital marketers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and refine digital campaigns; manage budgets and ensure CAU optimization.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROAS); generate reports and recommend action based on data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, design, and IT to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay on top of digital marketing trends and emerging tools (e.g. automation, AI) to keep strategies cutting-edge.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows, tools, and processes for efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
