What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and create engaging content such as posts, stories, reels, and quick videos.
• Monitor performance, track metrics, and optimize social strategies for better engagement.
• Collaborate with teammates to write, design, and brainstorm new marketing ideas.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, emailers, and presentations.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and keep an eye on competitor activity.
• Coordinate with external designers, vendors, or agencies when needed.
• Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, both organic and paid.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Hands-on experience with multiple social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
