Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist cum Project Coordinator Salary Package: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Location: Kumara swamy layout Languages Required: Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist cum Project Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns along with coordinating various client and internal projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing: Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns Manage content creation and posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for creatives Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics Project Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality output Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and clients Schedule and participate in meetings, and document key discussions Ensure all tasks are completed as per the scope and deadline Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or project coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and task/project management tools Preferred: Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop Ability to speak and write fluently in English, Kannada, and Hin di Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Language: Kannada (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 07/06/2025
