Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re Hiring: Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing pro to take our brand to the next level and generate brand awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads for our real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan, launch & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc) targeting home buyers/investors
• Work with the creative team on ad creatives, landing pages & videos
• Track performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI) and improve results through A/B testing
• Research trends in digital real estate marketing and apply best practices

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and lead generation strategies
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.
• Understanding of real estate customer journeys and buyer personas
• Strong written and visual communication skills
