Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns, particularly paid ads across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to ensure KPIs and ROI are achieved.
• Conduct market and keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic visibility.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Work with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and social media posts.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
