The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to communicate with clients, close deals, and contribute to overall business growth. The candidate should be proactive, confident, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Promote and market the company's products/services to prospective clients. Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Track sales performance and report regularly to management. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions. Confident in handling end-to-end client interactions and deal closures. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Good organizational and time management skills.
