Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, conducting web analytics, and improving online marketing efforts. The role also involves creating and implementing marketing campaigns tailored to attract and engage the target audience, analysing performance metrics, and communicating effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Experience with Web Analytics and Online Marketing.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
• Develop creative content (posts, reels, blogs, graphics, videos) to engage audiences.
• Monitor SEO/SEM, website traffic, and campaign performance.
• Manage brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with design and product teams for campaign strategies.
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Experience with automotive services or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
