We’re Hiring: Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive We’re looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing pro to take our brand to the next level and generate brand awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads for our real estate projects. Responsibilities: Create and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Plan, launch & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc) targeting home buyers/investors Work with the creative team on ad creatives, landing pages & videos Track performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI) and improve results through A/B testing Research trends in digital real estate marketing and apply best practices You’re a Good Fit If You Have: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred) Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and lead generation strategies Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc. Understanding of real estate customer journeys and buyer personas Strong written and visual communication skills What We Offer: A creative, collaborative team Flexibility (remote-friendly) Real ownership & growth opportunities A brand that’s ready to scale—and wants you to help lead it Opportunity to work on premium real estate projects Collaborative work environment Freedom to experiment & scale digital channels Competitive salary + performance bonuses Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
