Job Summary We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, driving online traffic, improving brand awareness, and generating leads through multiple digital channels. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Design, build, and maintain social media presence across all digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Optimize content for website and social media platforms to improve engagement and search ranking. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Manage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to nurture leads and increase conversion. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Run and analyze paid ads. What we are looking for ? 3+ years of experience in digital marketing Strong knowledge of Seo , Smm , google ads and social media Hands on knowledge of meta suite , canva , marketing tools etc. Leadership and communication skills Creativity , content creation .
