Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Facebook Ads to join our marketing team. This role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize conversions. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented with hands-on experience in Meta advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage Facebook ad campaigns including traffic, conversion, lead generation, and engagement objectives
• Create engaging and high-converting ad copy and visuals
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable performance reports
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test high-performing content
• Conduct audience research and develop custom and lookalike audiences
• Stay current on Facebook algorithm updates, advertising policies, and best practices
• Track performance using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Propose testing strategies and optimizations to improve ROI and reduce CPA (cost per acquisition)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Facebook Ads campaigns
• Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and Events Manager
• Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
• Knowledge of retargeting strategies and funnel optimization
• Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
