Job Description

Prilient Technologies Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and growth-driven organization passionate about leveraging digital channels to create impact and connect with our audience.
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, enhance our brand presence, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (Google & Meta)

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Develop and execute data-driven PPC strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets and monitor ROI on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Implement conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for ranking and indexing.
  • Manage backlink outreach, guest posting, and content collaboration efforts.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards using Google Data Studio / Looker.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign and SEO performance.
  • Use analytics insights to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration

  • Work with the content, design, and development teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
  • Support brand strategy and new campaign initiatives with fresh ideas.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO + Paid Ads).
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Certification preferred.
  • Proven success in managing campaigns with positive ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO and content optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
